Delaware Wild Lands has been recognized for its preservation and conservation efforts by a number of organizations over the years.  We are very proud of these accomplishments.

1965 -- Conservationist of the Year Award presented to Edmund H. Harvey by Delaware Wildlife Federation in cooperation with The National Wildlife Federation and Sears-Roebuck Foundation 

1965 -- Conservation Organization Award presented by Delaware Wildlife Federation in cooperation with the National Wildlife Federation and Sears-Roebuck Foundation

May 1971 -- Certificate of Recognition for the Historic Preservation and Restoration of the Hart House, presented by Duck Creek Heritage Society

April 1985 -- Delaware Nature Education Society's Natural Areas Preservation Award to Holger H. Harvey

April 1986 -- Delaware Nature Education Society's Conservation Award

October 1987 -- Ducks Unlimited Conservation Award 

December 1991 -- Delaware Recreation and Parks Society Organization Award

April 1994 -- Delaware Nature Society Conservation Award (for preserving lands at Milford Neck) to Holger H. Harvey and Delaware Wild Lands

2004 -- Quality Deer Management Award (Private Sector)
